When Raul Castro took over control in Cuba this year alot of the country's people thought they were going to face a continuation of failed Communist policies.

The thought was that the new leader would just be an extension of his older brother Fidel. There were no celebrations on the streets of Little Havana and none of the millions of South Florida Cubans headed for home.

But then the new Cuban dictator surprised the country by easing restrictions in several areas that were previously banned by Fidel Castro, As you may already know, Cubans now have DVD players, cellphones, microwaves and other retail goods that were once forbidden.

In addition, Cuba has also began to mass distribute the land to private farmers, poor farmers across the country are now receiving land from the government to grow crops in the dairy market, coffee and tobacco industries,

With all the changes that are occurring people are starting to wonder about the possibility that Cuba may lift their ban on online gambling sites and online casinos.
