Florida Men try to cheat casino at 3 Card Poker
Two men from the state of Florida were taken to jail after trying to cheat the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The casino found that the two men were switching cards as they played 3 Card Poker at the casino on December 16th.

Both Giansergio Caputi and Jairon Rodriguez were seen switching cards under the gaming table at the Sands Casino at around one in the morning on December 16th. The two were arrested and one of the men, Rodriguez, decided to give a fake name, but was later found out.

The two men were charged with four counts of cheating and one count of theft by deception as well as one count of criminal conspiracy. Rodriguez earned one additional charge since he gave law enforcement officials a fake name.

Caputi earned his freedom from jail after he posted a $50,000 bail bond but Rodriguez is still in jail since his bail sits at $150,000. The two men made the wrong decision when they chose to switch cards to make the other’s hand better. The two were eventually caught like most casino cheaters are and they are now paying the price.

Most gamblers who choose to cheat the casino, any land casino, get caught. Casinos make sure they have the best in surveillance equipment as well as top notch security officers to be on watch for cheating. Employees such as dealers and waitresses are also on watch and it was not surprising that the two men from Florida were caught in Pennsylvania.
