A twenty two year old business student from Canada has won 2 million Euros. Glen Chorny made his big win while playing in the 10,000 PokerStars European Poker Tour Grand Final. He is a regular at the $40 dollar late night poker matches that are held at the Sarasota Kennel Club. He won his biggest prize so far and also won a fully paid trip to the EPT Grand Final that will be later this year in Monte Carlo.

Chorny said that he has wanted to go to Monte Carlo and play for years and wants to arrive on the World Poker Scene with a bang. He played in two games and took first prize, this gave him the chance to play on the online tournament. The second prize went to Kalo, a 31 year old stockbroker who took home 1,179,000 Euros.

This win comes after Chorny took home 13th place and $80,000 dollars from the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. And then another week later he won another $80,000 dollars and also his first bracelet.

Chorny improves his skills at the kennel club when he's not playing online tournaments, both of his parents were caught off guard with his big win but are fully supportive of his efforts and they watch all his matches.
