Michigan Man Wins Jackpot
Greg Woodward of Coldwater, Michigan recently won a large jackpot while playing at the FireKeepers Casino in Michigan. The casino is located in Battle Creek and Woodward was playing the Crazy Four Poker game when he won the large jackpot. Woodward placed the $1 side bet which made him eligible for the progressive jackpot. The jackpot is linked to other games so the prize continues to grow at a rapid pace until someone gets a hit. The other games connected to the jackpot are Caribbean Stud Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Let It Ride.
Players who earn a straight flush on the Crazy Four Poker will earn 10% of the jackpot while a royal flush will reward the player with the entire jackpot. Woodward was able to earn a royal flush and take home the entire jackpot which was worth $138,371.
R. Bruce McKee the general manager of the FireKeepers Casino, which is owned by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, congratulated Woodward on his win stated it, adds to a big week of winnings at the casino. Woodward is planning on using his new found riches to purchase a down payment on a new home as well as a car.
