Mount Airy Casino may have table games by next year
Mount Airy casino operators want to add table games to their casino floors. By summer 2010 they may see their want turn into a reality. Legislators of the state of Pennsylvania are working on a final version of a bill which would add the games to casinos in the state. The governor has threatened layoffs in a bill is not passed by the first week of January. Once the bill is passed then casino operators will be moving the table games in as quickly as possible. George Toth the Mount Airy Chief Operating Officer stated they are looking for an opening date of Memorial Day 2010 if the games are passed.
Toth is planning on adding Three Card Poker, Roulette, Craps, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat and other games. The casino would be adding fifty four tables on the casino floor. Four high end tables on another level and fifteen poker tables in another area. A total of seventy three new table games would be added to Mount Airy.
